1. What makes FunnyFusion different?

At FunnyFusion, every product is printed on demand — freshly made after you place your order. No old stock, no wastage — just soft fabrics, premium prints, and fun designs made for everyday comfort.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind or preference

We only accept issue-based claims:

  • misprinted
  • defective
  • damaged in transit
  • wrong product delivered

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We’ll fix it quickly 😊

Contact us within 7 days and share:

  • clear photos showing the issue
  • outer packaging + shipping label
  • unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will:

  • send a free replacement, or
  • issue a refund if replacement isn’t possible

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer:

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

5. How long does delivery take?

Processing time:

  • Usually 2–3 business days
  • Up to 4–5 days during peak seasons

Delivery after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery — Usually 4–8 business days
  • Rush Delivery — Usually 2–4 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather or remote locations.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if production has not started. Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible.

7. What happens if my order is undelivered (RTO)?

Orders may return to origin if:

  • address is incorrect
  • multiple delivery attempts fail
  • parcel is refused or COD unpaid

COD orders: no refund (payment was not collected). Reshipping is available after advance charges.

Prepaid orders: not refundable (made-to-order). You may choose reshipping or store credit.

If you don’t contact us within 7 days, the order is considered abandoned.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

  • UPI & wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

9. How do I choose my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please check it carefully before placing your order.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship only within India.

11. How do I track my order?

After dispatch, we send a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.

12. Who pays return shipping in eligible cases?

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — FunnyFusion covers replacement/return shipping when required.

13. Why does my product color look slightly different?

Minor (5–10%) color variation may occur due to lighting, screens, and print method — this is normal in digital printing.

14. How do I wash and care for my apparel?

  • wash inside-out in cold water
  • use mild detergent
  • avoid bleach
  • do not iron directly on the print
  • air dry or tumble dry low

15. I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we’ll update it. If shipped, changes depend on courier availability.

16. My order is delayed. What should I do?

If tracking shows no update for 48 hours, contact us — we’ll check with the courier and update you.
