1. What makes FunnyFusion different?

At FunnyFusion, we blend humor, creativity, and comfort into premium-quality oversized t-shirts. Each design is made-to-order β€” freshly printed after you place your order (never old stock) β€” on soft, durable fabric that keeps you comfy and confident. Our goal is simple: to make fashion fun, expressive, and perfectly in tune with your vibe.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since every product is custom-made after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size chosen
  • Change of mind or preference

We only accept claims in cases where the product is:

  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Damaged on delivery
  • Wrong item received

3. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Don’t worry β€” we’ve got you covered! If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share a clear unboxing video and photos of the item & outer packaging.
  • Send them via email to support@funnyfusion.com or through WhatsApp chat.

Once verified:

  • We will ship a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! 🚚 We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

5. How long does delivery take?

All products are freshly printed after you place your order:

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (may extend to 4–5 days during peak or sale periods).
  • Delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days depending on location.

Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not entered production. Once printing begins (usually within a few hours after placing the order), cancellations are not possible.

7. What happens if my order is undelivered (RTO)?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or non-payment of COD, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

For COD orders:

  • No payment was completed, so no refund applies.
  • You may request reshipping by paying reshipping charges in advance.

For prepaid orders:

  • Because items are made-to-order, prepaid RTO orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • You may choose:
    • Reshipment (with handling + shipping charges), or
    • Store Credit equal to the product value.

βœ… Important: If you do not contact us within 7 days after the order is marked RTO, the order will be considered abandoned.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • UPI / Wallets
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

9. How do I know my size?

Each product page has a clear, easy-to-read size chart. Please review it carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for size issues.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet β€” we currently ship across India only.

11. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

12. Who pays for return shipping in eligible cases?

If your return is approved (defective, misprinted, damaged, or wrong item received), we will:

  • Arrange the return/pickup (if applicable)
  • Cover all return shipping costs

You will not be charged for return shipping in eligible cases.

13. Are the colors in the product images accurate?

We try our best to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations (5–10%) may occur due to differences in screen brightness, device settings, and lighting conditions. These small variations are normal in digital printing.

14. How do I wash and care for my t-shirt?

To keep your t-shirt looking fresh for a long time:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Tumble dry low or air dry for best results

15. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will update it for you.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, address changes depend on courier availability and cannot be guaranteed. If the shipment returns as RTO, reshipping charges will apply.

16. I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If your order is delayed or tracking has not updated for 48 hours, contact us through email or WhatsApp.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide you with an update or resolution.
