At FunnyFusion, every order is printed on demand after you place it. This helps us reduce waste while maintaining quality and freshness.

We aim to ship orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review the details below.

1️⃣ Free Shipping Across India

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all prepaid and COD orders across India. No minimum order value is required.

2️⃣ Order Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.

  • Normal processing: 2–3 business days
  • During sales / peak seasons: up to 4–5 business days

Processing time does not include courier delivery time.

3️⃣ Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Usually 4–8 business days after dispatch (Free)

Rush Delivery: Usually 2–4 business days (₹99)

Rush delivery includes faster processing and priority dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or remote locations.

4️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp. You can check your shipment status anytime.

5️⃣ Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be marked RTO if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The courier could not reach you after repeated attempts
  • The delivery was refused

Since each product is custom printed, prepaid RTO orders are not eligible for refunds.

If your order is returned to us, you may contact us within 7 days to choose:

Option A — Reship Your Order

  • Handling & processing charges apply
  • Shipping charges as per courier and destination
  • Order is dispatched again after applicable charges are paid

Option B — Store Credit (Prepaid Orders Only)

  • Store credit equal to product value
  • Valid for 30 days
  • One-time use only and non-refundable
  • Issued via coupon code

If we do not hear from you within 7 days of the RTO update, the order will be considered abandoned.

6️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started. Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
