Welcome to FunnyFusion. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1️⃣ About FunnyFusion

FunnyFusion is an apparel brand offering original, mood-based designs. Every product is printed on demand after your order is placed, ensuring fresh quality and reduced inventory waste.

2️⃣ Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under parental/guardian supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3️⃣ Orders & Production

  • All items are made-to-order.
  • Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started.
  • Once printing or processing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days and may extend to 4–5 business days during peak periods.

4️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).
  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).
  • Free Standard Delivery is available across India.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: Usually 4–8 business days after dispatch
  • Rush Delivery: Usually 2–4 business days (extra fee applies)

6️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes.

We support genuine issues such as:

  • damaged products
  • defective printing
  • wrong product received
  • orders lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos (and unboxing video if available).

7️⃣ Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be returned to origin if:

  • the address is incorrect or incomplete
  • delivery attempts fail repeatedly
  • the order is refused at delivery

Since items are printed specifically for your order, prepaid RTO orders are not eligible for refunds.

You may contact us within 7 days to arrange:

  • reshipment — handling & processing + shipping charges apply, or
  • store credit (where applicable)

If we receive no response within 7 days of RTO status, the order will be treated as abandoned.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, text, and content on FunnyFusion belong exclusively to FunnyFusion. Copying, reproducing, or using them commercially without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by customers.
  • Our total liability is limited strictly to the product value of the order.

🔟 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
