At FunnyFusion, every product is freshly printed on demand after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste, maintain quality, and create unique designs especially for you.

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, preference changes, or cancellations once production has started.

However β€” if there is any genuine issue, we are always here to help.

We provide support for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective printing
  • Wrong product received
  • Shipment lost in transit

Our team reviews each case carefully and resolves it fairly.

1️⃣ Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You are eligible if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The courier confirms the order is lost

Please contact us within 7 days from the date the order is marked β€œDelivered”.

2️⃣ Information We Need

To help us verify and resolve quickly, please share:

  • A clear unboxing video (if available)
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Photos of outer packaging and shipping label

If proof is unclear, we may request additional details.

3️⃣ Resolution Process

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free Replacement β€” reprinted and shipped at no extra cost
  • Refund β€” returned to your original payment method (5–7 business days)

Whenever possible, we process a replacement first. Refunds are issued only when replacement is not feasible.

4️⃣ Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot accept returns/refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Used or washed items
  • Requests made after 7 days
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Orders returned due to wrong address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts (RTO)

5️⃣ COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

If a COD order is refused or unpaid:

  • The package is marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
  • No refund applies (payment was never collected)
  • Reshipping requires advance payment
  • Repeated refusals may disable COD for future orders

6️⃣ Undelivered / RTO Orders (Prepaid)

If a prepaid order returns due to wrong address, refusal, or unavailability:

Since our products are custom-made, they cannot be reused or restocked. Therefore, prepaid RTO orders are not eligible for refunds.

You may choose within 7 days of RTO update:

Option A β€” Reship Your Order

  • Handling & processing charges apply
  • Shipping charges as per courier and destination
  • Dispatch happens once charges are paid

Option B β€” Store Credit (Prepaid Orders Only)

  • Store credit equal to product value
  • Valid for 30 days
  • One-time use, non-refundable
  • Issued via coupon code

Important: If we do not hear from you within 7 days after RTO status, the returned item will be considered abandoned.

7️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not begun. Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.

8️⃣ Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather, or remote locations.

Tracking updates always show the latest status.
