1. What makes FunnyFusion different?

At FunnyFusion, we blend humor, creativity, and comfort into premium-quality oversized t-shirts. Each design is made-to-order — freshly printed, never old stock — on soft, durable fabric that keeps you comfy and confident. Our goal is simple: to make fashion fun, expressive, and perfectly in tune with your vibe.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since every product is custom-made after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size changes or change of mind.

We only accept returns in case the product is misprinted, defective, or damaged on delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

3. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Just send us an unboxing video and clear photos of the product within 7 days of delivery to support@funnyfusion.com or WhatsApp chat.

Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! 🚚 We offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid and COD orders.

5. How long does delivery take?

Order processing time: 2–3 business days (sometimes up to 5 during peak times).
Delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
So most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the processing stage (usually within a few hours after placing the order). Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

7. What happens if my order is undelivered (RTO)?

If your order is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or failure to make COD payment, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

It will not be refunded. However, you can request reshipping by contacting us within 7 days from the date the order status shows RTO – Return to Origin.

To reship your order, you’ll need to cover the reshipping and handling cost, which includes:

  • Handling cost: ₹20 per product
  • Shipping cost: as per the delivery location and mode

✅ Important:
If you don’t contact us within 7 days after the order is marked RTO, the returned product will no longer be available for reshipping and will be considered abandoned.

9. How do I know my size?

We provide a size chart on every product page to help you pick the right fit. Please check it carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns/exchanges for size issues.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment. We’re currently shipping across India only.

11. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery easily.

12. Who pays for return shipping in eligible cases?

If your request is eligible (defective/misprinted/damaged), we’ll arrange the return and cover all shipping charges — you won’t have to pay anything extra.
